Teluk Yu, Langkawi
What we need are responsible citizens who do not litter public places. What's your move? Positive/negative reinforcements? Punishment? Campaigns?

Durian Perangin Waterfalls
This mid-sized waterfall is ideal during hot afternoons. Suitable for kids & families, but visitors should bring garbage bags. This place is free of any charge & visitors need to play their role in maintaining cleanliness.
Durian Perangin—Dark Side
Don't forget to bring garbage bag when you visit this place [preventive maintenance]. Someone can earn a living selling & ferrying garbage bags. In short, this place needs regular maintenance.

Tanjung Rhu Revisited
This is the most nostalgic beach at Langkawi. I really like this “peninsula” beach. Used to be populated with casuarina trees and periwinkle (catharantusroseus). After some 30+ years, this place remains incredibly beautiful…
Tanjung Rhu Ecotourism Operator 2
There is also another ecotourism operator at Tanjung Rhu. They provide similar services but with different tour guides.
Evergreen Tours Sdn Bhd-- Tanjung Rhu
Evergreen Tours Sdn Bhd-- Tanjung Rhu provides services in river safari kayaking, mangrove tours, cave explorations, fishing & trolling, snorkeling, boat charter, island hopping, jungle tracking, and island drops. The operator is Mr Haron Ishak and he can be reached at 019-479 2296 or 012- 489 1196
Kuah Jettypoint
This is the entry point for incoming (sea) tourists. It’s a reasonably nice jetty point that housed food & souvenir kiosks, shopping outlets of various products, franchise outlets, and so forth. Hopefully no one had complications/problems here.
Managing Kilim Jetty
This is one of the jetties that will lead you to the Langkawi Geopark. Currently it is being managed by the Fishermen Association of Kilim. Maybe LADA wanted locals to involve in ecotourism; which is good. Government infrastructural funding is evident, but infrastructural maintenance, operator training and certification has to be done fast. We want them to be at the least, competent in business management and operational systems.
